Quite a few reviewers of Guitar Heroes said that they’d like to read a longer work about Screaming Machinery – and, in fact, a band of that name does appear in the Cloven Land Trilogy, although it’s a somewhat different band by this time. But, arguably, the Cloven Land Trilogy is the longer work about Screaming Machinery…
